Course costs are as advertised on Workplace training Centres course information guides and marketing materials or negotiated with employer/participant.
Payment should be made prior to training or as organised with CEO.
Payment can be made either by credit card (master card + visa), direct deposit, cash or cheque (prior to training).
Where Workplace Training Centre receives sufficient notice of cancellation of a course (at least 48 hours), a refund of fees may be made available.
This refund will typically be paid in the same method that the fees were received, unless otherwise agreed to by Workplace Training Centre staff and the participant.
If less than 48 hours notice is given a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged.
No refund will be given for non attendance.
In some special circumstances, refunds may also be granted at the discretion of the CEO.
